Tim Nelson is a successful agent in the Chippewa Valley that specializes in helping clients buy and sell residential homes, investment real estate, and land. Tim loves to work with first time buyers and sellers, and anyone that has a zest for life! Tim is married to Rachel and they have a playful German Shepherd named Luna. They live in Menomonie, Wisconsin where they own and operated a student rental property business as well. Tim also serves as Captain Nelson - he is a Company Commander in the Minnesota Army National Guard with 1-94 Cavalry. Tim has deployed twice, once to Iraq and once to South Korea.
