About Me

I’m originally from a little coastal town from North Carolina. I studied at Meredith College, Raleigh, NC, for a short while before marring my husband, Mark. He was a Marine Corp/Navy Pilot who wisped me off to Florida, my dream come true. He promised to show me the world. We lived in Pensacola, Jacksonville, and Key West. This triangle was his version of the world since he is a South Florida boy. I was a stay at home mom until we moved to Key West in August, 1995. I started work part time with the Monroe County School Board and continued full time after we moved to Key Largo in 1998. Mark and I raised three beautiful girls in the Keys. They moved to Ft. Meyers where they all graduated from FGCU and followed me in the education field. My husband and I fell in love with the Keys and have definitely been bitten by the Keys Disease. We’re here to stay to bask in the sun. We love to fish, snorkel, dive, play tennis and golf. After receiving an offer to work at Upper Keys Rentals, I studied and received my Real Estate License. I then retired from the Monroe County School Board with 17.5 years. In January 2013, I started my new career in property management. My three years experience with vacation and long term rentals has been very rewarding. The valuable knowledge of working with many different types of people, properties, and clientele will support me in the Real Estate industry. I’m excited to have the capability to be full service with rentals and sales. I can assist sellers and buyers from Key Largo, Tavernier, Islamorada on down through Marathon to Key West.
