About Me
Teresa Dove is the Director of Agent Development for RE/MAX Realty Group/100. Teresa not only recruits new agents but works diligently alongside them to provide training and a firm foundation on which they can build successful businesses. She combines her years of experience as a lender, an assistant and an agent with her training from renowned real estate coaches Brian Buffini, Judy LaDeur, and Verl Workman to encourage the agents she works with.
Teresa began her real estate career in the '90s as a lender, raising two daughters as a single mother. After the bubble burst in the late 2000s, Teresa was forced to reevaluate her career. She shifted gears and began working as a real estate assistant for a top producing agent and office manager at RE/MAX 100. She studied under those mentors and learned the real estate business from a new perspective. Since going out on her own Teresa has built an award winning earning titles like RE/MAX 100% Club and Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS Gold Producer. Teresa now balances her sales business with recruiting, training, and being GIGI to her four grandsons.
With boundless energy and enduring ambition Teresa is focused on achieving greater success and sharing knowledge with the next generation of RE/MAX agents.
