I am Sweta Patel, and I completely understand the strains – both emotionally and financially – that these life-changing transactions can bring. I have been in real estate agent since 15 years, and a loan processor and loan officer for more than 18 years. Having worked with clients from all backgrounds and financial condition I am sure I would be able to serve your needs to the fullest.
Over the years understanding what a family needs in a house to make a home has become my forte, and currently 90% of my clients are through referrals. I do not believe in compromises and I strive to achieve the same for my clients to get them their dream house within their budget. Working as a loan process has also enabled me to guide my clients over the years on what they can and cannot afford. I have also been able to plan and budget for financial hardship a family may face after they own the house.
Most of the home owners will buy or sell once or twice in their entire life, however being real estate agent, I do this on a day to day basis, which gives me a deep insight on emotional insight on both seller and buyer side of the business. My philosophy is simple, put yourself in client shoes and see the world through their eyes, this enables me to work through integrity, honesty and resourcefulness. I approach every house as if I want to buy, and would I reside in that house? This approach has won me lot of referrals and repeat clients.
