About Me
Susann has been affiliated with RE/MAX for more than 19 years, with accumulative of over 28 years of real estate experience. She has developed a tremendous staff who assure outstanding service, communication and results! Susann is a 19 year resident of Wheaton, DuPage County, Illinois. Relocating here many years ago from North Carolina was difficult. She remembers all too well how important the role of a great agent can be and the difference they can make in relocating.
Susann, her husband and three sons love the Midwest and the Wheaton community. She believes in supporting the community and is an advocate for WDSRA, Susan G. Komen Foundation (Susann is a Breast Cancer Survivor) and Chilcren's Miracle Network. A donation from every closing of the Susann Rhoades Team is made to the Children's Miracle Network.

Mary Ann is our Client Service Manager. After spending over 30 years in the legal field, she has switched careers and finds the real estate field a welcome change. Her past experience has brought the Team new ideas and efficiency in handling day-to-day operations. Mary Ann provides the inside support vital to making the multifaceted real estate transaction as easy as possible. Customer support is key in Mary Ann's role.
