Steve Eveleth brings 20+ years of success in the Real Estate industry, property management, marketing, finance, team leadership, management, and all around entrepreneurship.
Steve is currently an active top producing agent for the Livermore Ca office of REMAX ACCORD. Steve has been consistently successful in the Real Estate industry since first licensed in 2004, with an impeccable, trusted, well known, established local community reputation.
While primarily working in the real estate field Steve also worked as a consultant for Inventive Financial Group from 2005 to 2007, a money management company that specialized in real estate equity management, life insurance and investments.
Steve owned and operated Tara Firma Investment Group LLC from 2010 to 2013 which specialized in acquisitions, rehabbing and resale of properties, along with maintaining his primary career in residential real estate sales.
Steve is currently residing in Livermore Ca, where he was born and raised. Graduated from Livermore High class of 1988 and attended Las Positas College 1999-2002 studying business, finance and marketing. Much of Steve’s experience in the last two decades has been hands on through established relationships, networking, and connections relevant to the industries he specializes in.
Steve’s personal time is spent being active with the community, cooking, hiking, fitness training, world travel and spending time with family. He currently volunteers for a local organization called “meals on wheels” which is run by volunteers delivering meals for seniors who are house bound. Steve is currently a member of Cornerstone Fellowship Church in Livermore Ca.
