Welcome to my profile and I'm happy to let you know a little bit about me. To start, client satisfaction is my top priority. Your time is just as valuable as my own. I have been self employed for more than 20 years owning a service run company. The clients I obtained are loyal to me because they know I work with integrity, full transparency and a high level of ethical standards. Whenever they need me I am available, I am in full communication with them and the trust they bestow upon me is unparalleled. Since I closed the business my clients are still in contact with me and entrust me with their real estate needs. My real estate clients are as loyal as my business clients for the same reason. Many of them have become good friends. Over 90% of my clients have been obtained through word of mouth and referrals.
I have over 8 years of real estate experience and 4 years of real estate investing. I first began in real estate in 1999 when I sold my first home on my own as a For Sale by Owner. I got back into real estate in 2006 and full time in 2019. Working with clients is my passion and real estate is just as equal of a passion. I have clients in LBI, Pt Pleasant, OC, Sea Isle, Avalon, Stone Harbor, N Wildwood, AC, Northfield, Linwood, Smithville, Galloway, Cherry Hill, Marlton, & Princeton. I have lived in Atlantic County since 2003 and I have worked all over the state of New Jersey from 2006 to present.
I have extensive marketing experience to be able to reach a large audience through tactical marketing strategies, simply thinking outside the box and a will to do what others won't or simply feel to be too much work. I used these same marketing strategies to keep a service run business open and employees employed during the Recession of 2008, while so many companies were closing their doors. The right marketing plan is extremely crucial for a real estate agent to effectively find a buyer for their seller in the least amount of time as possible. I am also very creative when it comes to my high end clients who do not want their home sale advertised or even put into the MLS system.
