About Me
Sean Parsons has nearly 20 years of experience in the Residential and Commercial Real Estate markets in the Dallas area and construction. From an early age, he mastered construction trades, from framing homes to remodeling commercial buildings, and took on his first general contracting home remodel project when he was 24 years old. Leveraging his Residential and Commercial construction background, Sean became a real estate agent in 2008 and a broker of Parsons Realty Team shortly afterward. Over the past two decades, Sean has gained valuable experience in buyer negotiations, budgeting, capital flow, and deal analysis for investors.
Sean has extensive experience dealing with all areas of residential real estate, including ordinary sales and purchases with owner occupants and with REO (Real Estate Owned - by banks) properties and Short Sales... he also holds the distinguished CDPE certification (Certified Distressed Property Expert).
Sean graduated from Baylor University studying Entrepreneurship and Economics with postgraduate programs for real estate development and economics courses from Urban Land Institute (ULI), MIT, SMU, and an MIT/Harvard Executive Education program for Real Estate Development. He lives in Lake Highlands with his Baylor Bear wife, daughter, and son, and the family enjoys outdoor activities, lake time, and snowboarding.
Since receiving his real estate license, Sean has served the Metroplex on the top RE/MAX teams in the DFW area. Sean has extensive experience dealing with REO (Real Estate Owned)properties and Short Sales... he also holds the distinguished CDPE certification (Certified Distressed Property Expert). Sean brings his track record and experience with Start-Up Ventures to apply a fresh way of thinking and approach to selling real estate.
