Ritchie comes from a Real Estate family. He grew up in the business starting with his mom in 1976. He got into Real Estate over 15 years ago and continues to passionately work with people to find the perfect match of a home. Ritchie enjoys being able to use his personal experience, knowledge, and love for the area to assist others in finding just what they're seeking.
On the listing side, Ritchie is adamant about presenting homes in an outstanding way, specifically video & pictures ... lots of pictures. With so many people going online first, it is extremely important for them to see what the home is about. Ritchie's focus is to obtain the best price, in the least amount of time with the best terms.
