Ricardo has a Bachelor's in Business Marketing. As a professional he has dedicated his life to sales, being involved in the family businesses since he was young which also makes him aware of the true meaning of Customer Services.
With over 15 years experience in business and industrial sales, he also has knowledge on marketing, sales techniques, closing times, customer service, marketing research, analysis and planning; all these tools, allow him to study and analyze the clients' needs and take them into the Real Estate world in order to begin or continue increasing future investments.
