CUSTOMER SERVICE BROUGHT TO ANOTHER LEVEL
Having started my life in the US Air Force in 1979, I learned what team work was really all about. Some of you will remember how 52 Americans were held hostage in Iran for 444 days; I found myself working with the Battle Staff coordinating the impending release with the White House and the Pentagon. I played a small part, but it gave me something a kid growing up in Boston didn’t have; insight, team work and the gratification of hard work and a job well done. I am very proud to be a veteran for this country I love.
In 1994 I entered the furniture industry, beginning in sales. I realized I had a real knack for decorating. After many years, 10+ I took the licensing exam and earned my Interior Designers License. I loved learning about how homes are constructed, working with contractors and building departments.
I work hard for all of my customers, whether buying or selling. I go that extra mile to complete what I start. I do as I say. I have painted; I have ripped bathrooms out and helped to install new ones. I’ve cleaned out homes that, because of sadness or sickness or age, the seller could not make a decision. I love to organize. It makes life easier. If you’re just starting out looking for your first home, I can walk you through that process. Or if you’re a seasoned buyer/seller, I will work hard to get you what you want and what you need.
I love my job as a Realtor and love working for a company who takes the customer service experience to another level.
