Choosing a real estate agent who understands the local real estate market is a must! I began my real estate career 20 years ago as a Real Estate Salesperson with a local competitor covering the Central New York area. Within 2 short years I had sold approx 80 homes plus completed all education and further requirements to obtain my Broker License. I have successfully operated my own independent brokerage, Aspect Real Estate & Consulting, located within the Village of North Syracuse, for 12 years and was featured in the Women in Business Magazine. I am a member of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors, have served on both Professional Standards and Grievance Committees for NY State and local boards for 10 years, and was chairperson of Grievance Committee for 3 yrs. I am a REALTOR® and hold both ABR and SFR designations. I recently chose to grow my business and opened RE/MAX Lifestyle which operates out of the same North Syracuse location.
My areas of specialties are New Construction, regular residential purchases and sales, REO (Bank-owned), and Short Sales (pre-foreclosure).
