For Nate King, real estate is a family affair. His mother, Debbie, is a successful agent and his sister, Lauren, recently received her license! Together, they formed the Debbie & Nate King Team and serve Mercer through Allegheny County primarily! Although Nate has been fully licensed for the last 4 years, Prior to that, he has spent the last decade as an unlicensed assistant while purchasing investment properties and renting them out. He has also spent the last decade leading several business development initiatives and understands the Greater Pittsburgh Area’s job market better than most. With a master’s degree in business, he has been able to combine his education and experience into a comprehensive real estate experience for his clients.
As a Realtor, Nate will advise and advocate for you. Whether you are buying or selling, he will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. Nate knows personally the difference a great agent makes getting your offer accepted, and provides that value to his clients. He bought his first home at the age of 22 and successfully bought, sold, and rented several properties since then. He understands the process and what to look for in a property. His own properties have produced well over $200,000 in equity through mostly his own touch and renovations. Nate is extremely motivated, accessible, and always there to help his clients succeed!
