About Me
I’m a native Idahoan who loves all things Idaho. I grew up in Boise. I attended Boise High School and graduated in 1999. I attended the College of Western Idaho and the University of Idaho and have a degree in Agricultural Science. I began my real estate career in 2004 when I first became licensed. I quickly found a knack for investment real estate and expanded my business into property management. In 2005 I opened Summit Property Management, a full-service property management company that serves investors in Ada and Canyon Counties. I’m excited for the opportunity to help and share what I’ve learned with those who want to invest in residential income properties, as well as helping those moving to the valley that I call home.
When I’m not working I’m busy with my family. My lovely wife Bethany, and our two daughters Emma and Sarah. We enjoy everything the Treasure Valley offers from parks, the foothills, and great local restaurants. We love that we are no more than hour from the mountains where we enjoy hiking, camping, and fishing. We are very active in volunteer work in the community and within our church.
