When you are ready to buy or sell a home, how do you select one real estate agent out of the thousands available? Buying and selling real estate has become a very specialized technical field. Not long ago, almost any one could be the third party in bringing a buyer and seller together and closing a sale. Today, there are so many laws relating to real estate transactions, so many different financing options and so many opportunities for conflict that continuous education and training and years of experience are essential to assure a buyer or seller that his interest will be properly represented.

Real estate agents are, in fact, individual entrepreneurs even though affiliated with a broker. Each develops a personal business plan. Some concentrate on building a catalogue of listings depending on others to sell their listings while they earn partial commissions on another agent’s sale. Some concentrate on rentals, some investments, some large homes, some condominiums.

My business plan is based on my client’s interests and needs regardless of type or value of the property involved. My emphasis is on one-on-one service. I firmly believe that for most people selling a home or selecting the right home is a very, very important decision. Helping my clients make that right decision is the most important aspect of the transaction.

Almost all of my business is the result of referrals. That speaks to my results based on my experience, contacts and my commitment to my client’s interests.
