About Me
I've been a full time Realtor for over a decade. My Pledge: As a seller or buyer, you are making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. As your agent, I am committed to the following: To return every phone call you make to me every day. To follow through on all requests you make of me. To constantly up-date you about your sale or purchase. To negotiate aggressively for you, and serve you to the highest standards of the Real Estate profession. Education: I graduated from CSU, Chico in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Minor in Business Administration. While a full-time student, I also worked on campus as a peer academic advisor and was elected to the School Board. Professional: After three years in the banking industry in Reno, Nevada, I moved to Elk Grove, California in 1988 and began a career with New York Life as a Financial Advisor. In addition to numerous other awards, I achieved the All-Pro Award for being in the top 100 out of 12,000 agents as measured by profitability. In 1997 I worked to become a top producer for EFS Card Services. I served on the president's advisory council and was responsible for creating training materials that were copy written and used throughout the nation by my employer. Following My Dream: I have to thank my wife, Karen, for encouraging me to live my dream. She actually became a licensed Realtor before I did. My tremendous passion for helping my clients achieve their goals is something that I will always have. The Early Years: I was born Medro Dean Johnson in Chico, California in February of 1962. My roots are firmly planted in Northern California.
