About Me

Margaret started her real estate career in 1994 in Rockville Centre, a small village in the NY metro area. Moving to North Carolina in 1996 was a huge step and a major transition for the whole family. Faced with the daunting reality of real estate in the Triangle vs a small town, Margaret worked for a builder to learn the complexities of new construction. While that was an invaluable learning experience, her passion is working one on one, helping families with the uncertainties of moving and all that goes with it. While everyone is looking for the perfect house it's the neighborhood and location that will make a house feel like home. As the parents of six children Margaret and her husband Glenn have become experts on the public and private schools in the Triangle and the NC University System. She loves sharing her knowledge and experience to help her clients find just the right fit for them. With over 25 years in the industry, Margaret has helped hundreds of families move into and around the Triangle. Working almost exclusively by referral she prefers to keep a relatively small team so she is able to maintain the one on one personal contact she feels is vital. While she is a bit of a techie and loves utilizing all the latest real estate technology, Margaret believes her experience, knowledge, integrity and personal service are the most valuable tools she can provide. Living in Preston has given Margaret a bird's eye view of the growth & development that has gone on in Cary and the Triangle, over the past 20 years and the insight to see where it is headed. She is consistently rated among the top realtors in the area, Co-Chair of the Raleigh Regional Top Producers Council and Treasurer of the Triangle Luxury Home Marketing Group. When not working, Margaret enjoys taking advantage of the perfect Carolina climate, playing tennis, boating and keeping up with all things new and fun in the Triangle.
