Hi, my name is Marcie Schmidt, and I'm proud to be a member of the RE/MAX SYNERGY Family. I've lived in the Forest Lake/Chisago Lakes Area for more than 25 years, and I still love it! I have a background in Interior Design and have been actively involved in construction and renovation projects in our own homes. I have successfully staged a few different houses for ourselves and family members. When listing a home, I will utilize different creative marketing strategies in order to set us apart from other homes on the market. I have worked with family members during their house-hunting journeys, as well as in selling their homes. When working with a buyer, I can help see the potential of different spaces too.
