About Me

My accent will tell you immediately that I was born in France. Passionate about horses, I made training, instruction, and competing in open jumping and dressage my profession in France - until an accident made me move on. I became a chef on large yachts and sailing boats for 5 years which introduced me to the luxury boating world. Crossing the Atlantic twice under sail brought me to Miami, Florida and the USA. I fell in love with this beautiful city in 1979 because of the climate first, but also because it was a large city with a small-town atmosphere. At the time, the highest building was the Freedom Tower at 13 stories. I saw that city build itself up one, actually more like ten, cranes at a time to become the metropolis it is today. My independent personality drew me to the concept of real estate because it really is a personal business rather than just a career. My ability to think outside of the box allows me to cater to the unique needs of multiple types of clientele. My clients are loyal to me for years because of the level of service I provide. There is a saying that only the strong survive, which is especially true in real estate. My proven track record shows the value I provide. Having crossed the Atlantic myself, I empathize with expatriated people and understand their individual needs. Relocating. For many years I worked closely the local European communities handling all of their real estate needs - including both residential and commercial. Relationships were built that exist today because I stay in touch with them rather than dropping them once a deal is done. People are more important that one transaction.
