Hi! I’m Kris Nichols. I’ve been a licensed Realtor® since 1995 and have spent the last 27 years helping buyers, sellers, and investors find and purchase homes that fit their exact needs. To me, it’s incredibly rewarding to see buyers with closing-day smiles on their faces!
I’m originally from California and Colorado, but I also lived in New York before moving to Southwest Florida, so I relate to the desire to relocate. To me, helping buyers decide on the perfect home begins with clear and honest communication, as well as an emphasis on active listening. I want to understand your goals so that I can offer you the best recommendations.
In order to be a valuable partner in my customers’ real estate journey, I continue to pursue additional education and certifications in my profession. I hold CRPM, SRES® and GRI designations, so I can confidently help buyers and sellers accomplish their real estate goals.
