About Me
As a Greensboro native, I graduated from Western Guilford High School and went on to further my education at UNC-G with a degree in Accounting. My first real job was with a construction company that later got into Property Management. I followed the property management side of the company. I worked all phases of accounting from property accountant to accounts payable to owner’s accounting. Then I got tired of sitting behind the desk every day and decided I needed to be out where everything was happening. I was promoted to a Regional Property Manager and had a portfolio of apartment communities that I was to oversee both physically and fiscally, including hiring and training staff – managers and maintenance! It was through this move I worked to receive my CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation. This included several areas of classes, hands on management experience and obtaining a Real Estate License. This sort of gets me to where I am now. – Selling and Listing Real Estate. Everything I learned from property management can be applied to selling and listing real estate – Making the customer happy! I will deliver great customer service, market knowledge, detailed communication, attention to details ensuring that “YOU”, the buyer or seller will have a positive experience in your Real Estate transaction. My success will be measured by your satisfaction in your real estate transaction. On the personal side of things, I am married, have two grown daughters and 3 grandsons of which the oldest lives with us. I enjoy the outdoors, beach, gardening and a lot of DIY projects at our house as well as flipping houses.
