As a consultant for private & corporate companies, she uses financial analysis and strategic negotiation skills, to structure deals with optimal outcomes. She operates in excellence under the CCIM designation and her Master's in Real Estate Development. She was a 2019 Connect Media Woman in Real Estate Award Recipient, a Globestreet 2020 Woman of Influence: Broker of the Year in Tenant Rep; and in 2020, CCIM Magazine wrote a 2-page article called "Blazing a New Trail" on how Kenisha, as one of the first black female CCIM Core Course Instructors, is enhancing the fabric of Commercial Real Estate around the globe.
