Jesus specializes in the marketing of Residential family housing and multi-family housing units in various counties in the Southern California area. Jesus also has extensive experience with 1031 tax-deferred exchange transactions, short sales and the dealing with tenants in the southern California area. Licensed as a Salesperson with the State of California Bureau of Real Estate since 2017, Jesus began his career in real estate industry in 2001 managing rental housing, and managing files as a transaction coordinator for West Point Realtors Inc., and Blue Point Realty Management. In that position, Jesus was responsible for managing the firm's apartment complexes in the west half of the United States. He is an active member of the Pacific West Board of Realtors Association and the California Association of Realtors®. With a commitment to quality, a thorough knowledge of the real estate industry, and an exceptional sense of follow through, Jesus Morales ensures that his clients' investment goals become realities. Jesus is also a licensed Notary Public for the estate of California he has a designation for being a Certified Loan Signing Agent.
