Building Relationships, Not Just Transactions
I believe in building relationships as I work with buyers to put together their transactions. There's a difference - the important part of what I do is to help people! I really enjoy that aspect of my work as I'm a people person. My role is so much more than "transactional" stuff like paperwork, organizing appointments or making phone calls. I focus on making sure my clients understand everything that is going on around and with them, reassure them as needed and, most importantly I advocate for them.
My background in business and my degree in Social Work make this the perfect career for me. For example, negotiation is a very key part of what we do as agents. We negotiate everything from purchase price to repairs needed, changes presented and so on. My goal is to use my background in corporation contract analysis to guide my negotiations in the direction that is best for my clients.
The process of buying a home does not need to be scary and painful if you have the right agent guiding you the whole way!
