I started my real estate journey with RE/MAX back in 2001 when selling houses was just crazy--peaches with champagne! I have served Northern Virginia ever since and know the area like the back of my hand. I have invested thousands of hours and $$ to become a top professional in this business. Everyone one knows someone with a license. And that's why a real expert is so rare. People bop in and bop out of real estate all the time. That's why I have made it my business to bring all the years of experience to my clients, a full service real estate experience with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. Grateful to hold my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the gold standard designation in residential real estate.
Just so you know, beginning in late 2004 I added commercial real estate. Since then, I have taken 2 of the 4 complex and grueling courses for the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) designation. CCIM is the Platinum Designation for commercial real estate.
