Erika have extensive experience dealing with buyer's, seller's, foreclosed properties and property preservation. In addition, She have simultaneously been licensed as a residential mortgage loan officer for retail and wholesale divisions. Also, to include over 12 months dealing with direct new home buyer's. Her combined experience has afforded her the opportunity to help many families become homeowner's, helped families rebuild after hardship and have also managed corporate closing teams in the corporate sector of mortgage lending. Her expertise brings a wealth of knowledge and strategy to help get deals closed. She loves education and working with the community. The greatest benefit of her career is being able to manage time, because she loves family, dancing, reading and traveling. She's been married for over 18 years and have 4 daughters, 1 son and 2 grandsons.
