Mr. Rubin has been in real estate since 1994, albeit on the finance side. Not only is he a real estate agent, he is also the owner/broker of RHL Lending LLC, where he brokers loans to 20+ lenders for other realtors and his clients as well. A year ago, he decided to add realty services to his clients to be able to make his client experience second to none. When a client uses Derrick as their realtor and loan officer, he GIVES them a credit of up to 1% of the purchase price of the home to either buy down their rate OR use it towards closing costs.
