Dave is a native Richmonder and has an accounting degree from Virginia Tech. Prior to Real Estate, Dave worked as an accountant for a Fortune 500 company. He is an avid Real Estate Investor and is C.S.A. (Certified Site Agent). Dave has been licensed to sell real estate full time since 1989 and has a wealth of real estate, finance, and investing experience that he enjoys sharing with his clients. Dave is a recognized real estate expert and specializes in selling homes that are difficult for other agents to sell. As an individual sales agent he has been recognized by the Richmond Association of Realtors as one of the "Top 10 Agents" in the Richmond metro area out of over 5,000 licensed agents. Since forming a team, he grew The Dave Worrie Team, Inc to being one of the "Top 10 Teams" in Richmond, VA consistently for 9 incredible years! In his spare time he enjoys exercise, golf, and traveling with his wife Jeanette. His clients describe him as professional, knowledgeable, and highly experienced.
