During a career that spans over two decades, Dave has managed large sales teams with new home developments, flipped dozens of homes and worked in tandem with multiple development groups. Dave’s father was in the construction business, and Dave worked many summers on construction sites. Dave spent part of his senior year in high school building a single family home at a technical school and fell in love with home construction and real estate. He spent his winters skiing in Summit County and fell head over heels in love with the Rocky Mountains. “I love helping my clients find the perfect city or mountain property in the areas I call home”.
Dave specializes in working with both buyers and sellers looking to find or sell a home in Denver or Summit County. Dave has the unique experience of living in both areas for many years and has seen multiple market cycles throughout his career. His ability to professionally guide his clients in both areas creates a seamless transition while providing a consistent high level of service. In addition to being an active blood donor and supporter of the Children’s Hospital, Dave is an active volunteer and supporter of the ASPCA and the Make a Wish Foundation. He is a graduate of Colorado State University and a proud parent of two sons and three step daughters.
