History, established in 1992
As a resident of San Jose since 1987, Darren thrived as a licensed building contractor and evolved into a real estate career in 1992 to help clients and friends achieve their real estate ownership dreams. Darren expanded into Commercial real estate worldwide for a corporate dot com company from 1999 to 2001. Next, Darren was VP of Sales & Marketing for a Santa Cruz County based development company until 2008. During the mortgage meltdown, Darren became a Certified Distressed Property Expert guiding homeowners to avoid foreclosure through short sales. As the economy improved, Darren became a Certified Investor Agent Specialist helping people buy and invest in bank-owned properties. Darren is a new agent trainer and has been a member of Agent Leadership Council. Darren has a unique Buyer Advantage Program and proven W. I. S. E. Home Certification strategies designed to save you time and money when buying or selling a home.
When Darren is not helping clients sell, buy or invest in a home he is raising two children and being the best dad and husband he can be. In his free time you can find Darren snow skiing, umpiring Little League or high school Baseball. In the off-season Darren hikes and/or mountain bikes the local trails.
