I'm the Vice President of Sales with REMAX Synergy and have been a real estate professional for over 30 years. I train and coach REMAX real estate professionals. I currently serve on the Minnesota professional standards committee which serves to uphold the professionalism of our industry. My family is in the home building / remodeling industry. This experience has given me a knowledge of homes that few real estate professionals possess. Listening to clients, understanding their needs, and asking the right questions helps me get them in a position where they can be successful. Going above and beyond creating an outstanding client experience is most important. Its true, people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.
