Originally from Saratoga County, Cory currently lives in Brewster with his wife and 2 daughters. Inspired by his own home purchase, he wanted to have a business that created lasting relationships with the community so that they can achieve the same level of satisfaction in owning their own piece of real estate. Another passion of his is competitive running; New York City Marathon finisher in 2016, 2018, 2019, Chicago Marathon Finisher in 2019 and 2021, with numerous half marathons completed.
