Realtor bios - YUCK! Don't worry, I think that too. Who, What, How, - those kinds of questions I'll answer below. WHO: I'm in my 40's...a lady never tells. I've been selling Columbus and South Central Indiana homes since college and I have 24 years of experience. I work full time. I'm a mom, a wife, and a daughter. I grew up in Columbus and married here ( my hubs is from Ohio) and so I seriously know every neighborhood, road, detail, history - my reach is vast. Growing up my mom and dad built homes and I've lived in 10 different areas as a kid - and now as an adult we've moved a bunch too. WHAT: I'm type A. I will return calls, emails, texts as soon as I can. Delay makes me anxious. I'm honest and if you ask me a question and I don't know the answer - I will move mountains to find the right answer. I'm consistently ranked top 1 or 2 agents in my office and top 50 in the state of Indiana...which is saying a lot because Cbus is a lot smaller than say Indy or Ft Wayne and there are over 10k agents in the state. I'm loyal and I hope you will be too. I'm pretty candid and if you ask me what I think - I will tell you. And, if you need a quick real estate brain or have a question - I'm the one. I sell all price ranges of home from a 20k land sale to over a million. I'm luxury certiified - but all my clients get my awesome professional photo, drone pics, staging, and more value added services than anyone else. I love first time home buyers, upsizers, downsizers, hunting properties, condos, lakefront, relo, 2nd homes, investments, farms... - really everyone. HOW: I'm super friendly, I take pride in being a good listener. I not only listen to what you say but your reactions as we tour homes - and try to help you dial in what is most important to you. Strategy is my jam from the financing to the offer - I always have a plan. I'm thinking two steps ahead and trying to avoid surprises. Negotiations during offers whether for my buyers or sellers is so FUN. I mean it. FUN. We use every tool possible to get my clients the best price whether buying or selling. I work evenings, days, and weekends. I work when my clients don't work! WHY: I enjoy giving back to the community. My family and I volunteer and monetarily support many awesome groups. Kids Commons, BBBS, Love Chapel Food Bank, Firemans Cheer Fund, Make a Wish, Humane Society, Domestic Violence Shelter, Pregnancy Care Center, Camp Lakeview, and more. I attend a local church.
