Ask Me Anything
As a second generation REALTOR, I have the opportunity to work with my mom on a daily basis and feel blessed to have that ability. She has been in the business for many years and because of that I have been showing homes since I was about 6! I can recall many times of quiet car rides as offers were negotiated and many nights at her office as documents were being faxed. Thank goodness for today's technology. Because of her hard work and dedication over the years, I was fortunate to enter the business and be able to build my own based on those relationships. My goal is to create a memorable experience for each person I am able to work with. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions we make as consumers and I want to make sure you make the right decision. In doing so though, I want this to be fun & exciting - because it should be! Owning a house is about making it a home. A place you look forward to coming back to each night, a place where your kids feel safe and a place you have always dreamed of. I want to make sure we find you a home and not just a house. If you're selling a home, I want to make sure that the level of trust we share justifies you hiring me to sell one of your biggest assets. We ask questions when hiring people to do all sorts of work, yet, a lot of times we are afraid to ask those tough questions of the person that is going to be hired to sell our biggest asset. I encourage you to ask me those questions. I want to be your biggest supporter and your best counselor when it comes to real estate. I am one of the few people you can still find around here that is a native of Raleigh. Attending school in downtown, I can recall as a young boy an empty and sleepy town on Friday afternoons. Now, my wife and I love heading downtown to enjoy all the restaurants & offerings that downtown Raleigh provides. My wife is a native of Cary and we also love seeing the growth of Cary and enjoying all her childhood favorites, especially Goodberries where you will find us at least three nights a week. We live between Cary, Raleigh & Holly Springs with our dog Yates. When I am not showing homes, on a date with Laura or coaching basketball, you can find me heading out for a run or enjoying a good friend or my faithful News & Observer on an outdoor patio with a cup of coffee.
