Bob is a real estate consultant, with experience helping people buy or sell residential property. He combines a background in finance, knowledge of the local community, and a relational business approach to make him a resource that client’s value long after the transaction is completed. Bob strongly believes in giving back to the community where he lives, works and plays. He demonstrates this commitment by serving on the board of directors for two non-profit organizations; one with a focus on providing individuals with the skills necessary to achieve economic self-sufficiency, and the other provides the community with an array of film, performing arts and concert programming from its historic theatre in downtown Antioch.
Bob uses a combination of skill and patience to create the best customer experience for his clients regardless of their knowledge of buying or selling real estate. He explains the transaction process in detail and listens to ensure his clients’ questions are answered which serves to reduce the stress often associated with a real estate transaction. Bob earned the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist in 2018 to match his calm personal manner with the resources beneficial to elderly clients and their families. Those same qualities also make him a solid choice for people new to the home buying process which resulted in Bob earning the First Time Home Buyer certification.
Bob is currently accepting new clients seeking to sell or purchase real estate in the San Francisco East Bay Area who also value the relational aspects to a real estate transaction. Bob’s goal is to provide a customer experience that exceeds expectations which his clients willingly want to share with their best friends and relations for assistance with their real estate needs.
