About Me
I am a licensed Realtor and Listing Specialist. I first got into real estate as an REO Manager working closely with Asset Managers for the Deptartment of Housing and Urban Development. Shortly after starting my career in real estate in an administrative role I knew it was something I wanted to stick with so I attended Hondros College to study to attain my real estate license.
Upon receiving my real estate license I started working with owners in the retail market, mainly as a listing specialist. My primary role has been to counsel homeowners on current market trends, educate them how to prepare their home for market and to walk them through the process of negotiating their contract terms as well as their inspections. Once licensed I maintained my relationships within the REO field and continue to work closely with banks as I represent homeowners who have endured a hardship and assist them with the sale of their home through the short sale process. I have a B.A. from The University of Oklahoma as well as an MBA. I am also a Certified Distressed Property Expert.
