About Me
Anton Kowalski is a seasoned Real Estate Salesperson in New York known for his exceptional customer service and dedication to his clients’ needs. He is a Skaneateles native and maintains his involvement in the Skaneateles community. As a lifelong Central New York resident currently residing in Syracuse, Anton has extensive knowledge of the region to assist you whether it’s buying your first home, selling to relocate, or purchasing as an investment. He has over 14 years of experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions including residential, rental, commercial, waterfront, and income properties.
Anton specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge to commercial, investor, and income properties that consistently exceed the investment goals of his clients. He has over 20 years of experience owning and managing apartment rentals, University properties, vacation rentals, and multi-family dwellings. Anton has also completed several home renovation housing flips in resort, second-home markets, and out-of-state properties. His success is based on the respect he earns from his clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice in a consulting role.
Outside of real estate, Anton takes pride in serving the community as a Consultant for the Syracuse City School District. He has a master’s degree in Educational Counseling from Syracuse University, worked as a College Counselor for 8 years, and coached college basketball. Anton is passionate about fitness and previously owned his own gym. In his spare time, Anton enjoys spending time in the Finger Lakes boating and swimming.
