Happy House for years has been known too many folks on island and off as a great place to come and stay as a vacation rental. Everyone who has stayed there were Happy with their stay. This is a great beach home located about 3.5 miles from the main town of Kaunakakai. When you walk in the living room you see past the dining room table right out to the ocean. Maybe 30 steps to the water's edge from the lanai. It has a lanai deck that goes the length of the house for perfect whale watching, sunrises and sunsets and just plain relaxing on a hammock. The home has laminate floors and tiled kitchen and bathroom floors. The master bedroom is on the oceanside with great views of Maui and Lanai, half bath and sliding doors out to the lanai. The other side has two bedrooms and full bath with tub/shower. The house does sit back from the road. The carport has a closet with the water heater, utility sink, washing machine and some storage space. Few years ago the owner did a whole tear off of roof and replaced plywood, installed and new 30 year roofing along w/ new roof gutters. Close to Oni Ali park and town. On a low tide you can beach walk a few miles or paddle out to the reef and take a dip in the ocean blue. It's a great house and Sad to see it no longer be the Happy House vacation rental.
