    Windsor Haven is a townhouse community in Princeton Junction, West Windsor Township. The community consists of 184 homes ranging in size from 1300 to 2400 square feet. The development was constructed around the early 1990’s by Trafalgar, and features various amenities like tennis courts and playgrounds. Windsor Haven stands alone in that it is the only townhouse development that is within a short walking distance to the Princeton Junction train station. Seeing as parking is at a premium at the station, including a multi-year waiting list for a parking permit, this development is ideal for the New York City, or even Philadelphia, commuter.

    The spacious town homes feature 2 to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms. Most homes also have one car garages.     Windsor Haven, built by Trafalgar House in the early 1990's, is the closest townhouse community to the Princeton Junction Rail Station -- it is situated literally right outside of the parking lot! Each townhouse has a garage, 2 to 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath to 3 1/2 baths and an attractive, open floorplan.

    This smaller community is well maintained and features a playground, tennis courts and affordable association fees (currently $250/month). Due to the proximity of the train and being within less than a mile to the revitalized Princeton Junction downtown area, these townhouses often sell very quickly when they come on the market.
