Windsor Haven is a townhouse community in Princeton Junction, West Windsor Township. The community consists of 184 homes ranging in size from 1300 to 2400 square feet. The development was constructed around the early 1990’s by Trafalgar, and features various amenities like tennis courts and playgrounds. Windsor Haven stands alone in that it is the only townhouse development that is within a short walking distance to the Princeton Junction train station. Seeing as parking is at a premium at the station, including a multi-year waiting list for a parking permit, this development is ideal for the New York City, or even Philadelphia, commuter.

The spacious town homes feature 2 to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms. Most homes also have one car garages. The floor plans showcase large kitchens, and high ceilings including some models with two story living/family rooms. Home prices range from the low $400s to low $500s. The 44 acres on which Windsor Haven sits consists of over 40% open space, with some heavily wooded areas. The remainder of the property is immaculately groomed. The HOA includes lawn maintenance and snow and trash removal.

In addition to its proximity to mass transit, the community is centrally located with regard to shopping and entertainment, plus all the arts and cultural opportunities Princeton has to offer.
