If you are searching for an urban life style, but with lakes and green, open space just moments away, check out Washington Town Center in Robbinsville. Never mind the highly-rated Robbinsville school system, or the close proximity to major highways like Routes 33 and 130. A Town Center lifestyle was intended (and succeeds) to fulfill the homeowner's vision of living in a walkable town center, near restaurants, shops and public services, while enjoying a residence that is spacious and elegantly designed. Built by Sharbell, the townhomes and single family dwellings in Washington Town Center have high ceilings, open floor plans, newer design features, garages, and small yards, requiring lower maintenance. According to the website, New Jersey Futures, Robbinsville Town Center includes more than 20 acres of open space in the form of parks, large and small, as well as two lakes encompassing more than eight acres. Homes in Town Center range from the low to mid $200's for the loft/apartment style residences, to the mid to high $500's for the single family residences. My clients love living there! Perhaps you will too!

Located in Robbinsville, The Washington Town Center is a lifestyle! In a recent conversation with Tom Troy, President of Sharbell Builders, Tom shared that Sharbell Builders actually broke ground on the Town Center In January of 2000, a concept that was very new in comparison to the traditional neighborhoods we all grew up in. The concept was nurtured and developed by Sharbell and Robbinsville to create a downtown, small town atmosphere for homes, restaurants, bars and shops.

There are a total of 875 lofts, single family, coach and town homes that comprise the Town Center with three lakes, walking paths, restaurants, bars, a bank and retail stores. All of the green space is owned by the town, and there is no HOA for the singles, town and coach homes. These homes have held their value and they offer a lifestyle trading on quantity and quality.

The schools, public amenities and recreational activities are exceptional. If you are looking to move to Robbinsville, definitely check out the Town Center, with its mix of housing styles it definitely offers a home for every budget, and an extraordinary lifestyle!
