One of the most delightful 55+ communities near to Princeton is Princeton Manor. Not in Princeton itself, but in Kendall Park, a section of South Brunswick, this development has lovely home designs, surrounded by clusters of trees, ponds and walkways, a beautiful clubhouse and is only five miles from downtown Princeton! There are a number of 3 and 4 bedroom homes currently available including the Hanover, Huntley and Barrington Models. The good news is that if you are 48 years of age you can live here too! There are a percentage of units available for residents between the ages of 48 and 55, so do not hesitate to come take a look even if you have not reached that 55 year old mark just yet!!

A wonderful age restricted community, Princeton Manor is wedged between Kingston and Franklin, but only 5 miles from downtown Princeton, and only a couple of miles from Main Street Café in Kingston and then Carnegie Lake! A peaceful community, built by Toll Brothers, has a lovely clubhouse with an outdoor pool, tennis courts, game rooms, billiards, and a modest gym.
There is also an indoor whirlpool/hot tub. Although Toll is still building some new construction homes, only a few are left so hurry if you are still considering a brand new home! But for those who are willing to "settle" for something only a few years old, there are currently several resales available in this scenic and active 55+ community.

This is an active adult community of approximately (when it is fully built) 375 homes for persons 55 years of age or older, although children of owners, 19 years and up, may live in this development.

Princeton Manor, built by Toll Brothers, is ideally situated off of Route 27, close to Routes 1, 130, 95 and 295, with easy access to major transportation by bus and train to New York City and Philadelphia. There are many home styles, with prices ranging from the high $400's to the $700's, depending upon upgrades and lot premiums. Although in Middlesex County, this development is close to Somerset County on one side (Franklin) and Mercer County on the other (Princeton) with the communities of Kingston and Rocky Hill not far in either direction. Lots of history, open space, and good restaurants abound. Come take a look!
