    Sean listed our home for sale and we were impressed the moment we met him. His knowledge of the area and market were outstanding and his description of the social media impact on the market blew us away. He had potential buyers looking at the property as soon as it hit the market. After a contract was signed Sean was there the moment any issues surfaced and help us through the entire process right up to the closing. His contacts with local companies needed to address contract issues was extremely helpful and we couldn't have done it without his help.

    Sean helped us in selling a particularly difficult Condo unit on LBI that we had been trying to sell for years. I think around 4 and a half years! His efforts and persistence were quite simply - heroic. There is no other realtor we would recommend over Sean. When we were ready to throw in the towel, he came up with more buyers, and connected with more agents to re-stimulate interest in the unit. When we wanted to drop price and just "get out of it to be done with it already", he helped us hold ground, and even got multiple offers, higher than we expected. It took not one, not two, but three contracts (with 3 different buyers) to finally sell our place. I can honestly say that there's no other realtor we've ever dealt with, who had our backs as much, or worked as hard for us, as Sean did. Having gone through inspections 3 times, (with inspectors finding different problems each time!) he helped us with excellent and affordable contractors, and service people that got repairs done fast, and professionally. We're so happy that we've finally sold our place, and know that if we're ever looking again for a home on LBI, he's our man. No question about it. To friends and family we have already raved about Sean, and his truly caring attitude and approach to his work. He's a guy that can get things done. And always has your best interests at heart.     Sean is extremely knowledgeable and was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He provided excellent guidance and was available to answer our questions at all times. We always felt as though our best interests were always his primary focus. He explained everything to us in great detail and he went out of his way to help us out whenever possible, even taking care of things for us if we couldn’t be in the area.     Connecting with Sean Adams and asking him to be my real estate agent was the best thing that could have ever happened. Sean is highly professional, his character impeccable and he has the perfect personality for a real estate agent. His living on LBI was an added bonus, as he possesses firsthand knowledge about the island, issues that homes have due to being on the island, as well as market conditions and trends. Sean was so helpful every step of the way. Even before I signed with him to be my agent, he met with me, provided an honest opinion of the house, and showed me similar homes and what they were currently listed for and others that recently sold. This conversation led me to ask Sean to be my agent. In addition to all the particulars an agent is involved with that goes into selling a home, I was working with Sean on selling the home from another state, which could have been an issue. However, this was no problem at all, as he updated me and kept in contact with me regularly throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond any other real estate agent I ever worked with, and this was my 10th experience with a real estate transaction. He worked diligently on getting the house sold and even helped me out with some issues that needed to be addressed, as I was unable to be there to handle them myself. I would highly recommend Sean for all your real estate needs and I personally will be telling my friends on the Island about Sean in case they ever decide to sell or buy.
