    Gloucester Township, NJ
Gloucester Township is a growing community that residents seem to stay in rather then relocating out of the area! Much to do in this great township that I have spent over 25 years as a resident myself, with two children in the school district that I love! Schools offer great programs for special needs children, wonderful sports programs and many extracurricular activities to keep your children occupied!

Less then 30 minutes from Philadelphia, 45 minutes to Atlantic City, under two hours to NYC, making it centrally located with homes being of great value.

Now that we have the Gloucester Township Outlet stores, Hobby Lobby, many great restaurants and the convenience to Phila and the Shore locations people are ready to buy.

I get calls daily from New York and North Jersey buyers looking for homes that fit their criteria and to be frank, there just isn’t much housing inventory out there. Spring is soon to prove a boom!!

I frequently find myself in Gloucester Township whether it's selling homes as a broker, visiting friends who live in town, going out to eat or making the best of the area. Even as a child living the next town over I had the same thought about Gloucester. I thought it was called Blackwood...or Sicklerville...or Glendora...or Grenloch...or any of many pockets in town that have their own post office. But Gloucester Township is home to over 65,000 residents.

In recent years as the town has grown, they have expanded to several high schools. I visited the new Gloucester Township Outlets off of Route 42 and Black Horse Pike. What an impressive place to be! I've also spent time at Timber Creek Dog Park. I've been in just about every one of the neighborhoods in town, from Timberbirch on one end to Cobblestone Farms on the other side of town. Wonderful parades, civic events, youth sports and festivities take place. I'm a volunteer at the Camden County Animal Shelter located in the Blackwood section and we have an annual fundraiser at Camden County College, also located in town, as well as many other events. So as you can see, there's many reasons to want to live in Gloucester Township - an area known by many names!

Gloucester Township is a great community featuring great schools that offer the best special ed programs. Commuting is a breeze. Only 1-2 miles from the Atlantic City Expressway, close to Route 42 and the Turnpike.

So where are the sellers? Spring market proves low inventory and prices on a slight incline. So many buyers and so few sellers. I am amazed sellers aren't taking this opportunity to get homes on the market now before you have competition. This is the best time to see if you will get into a multiple bidding situation.

Spring is almost here! Gloucester Township Homes for sale are limited! Homes that are for sale are getting multiple offers. Lakeside at Cobblestone is a premier community with great prices, a great school district, convenience to Center City Philadelphia, Atlantic City, Delaware and New York. The new Premium Outlets are drawing great interest in the community!
  • I have been a resident of Gloucester Township for 25 years and know how much it has to offer. This month was the grand opening of Gloucester Township Premium Outlet Stores! This is just spectacular. Many of the stores such as Nike, Adidas, Armani, and other high end retail stores are set up as an outside mall with courtyards, plenty of outdoor seating, fire pits, food and more. Over 80 stores in all!

Gloucester Township is located within close proximity to Atlantic City, Philadelphia as well as many daily commuters that work in New York City which is less than a two hour commute. Gloucester Township School System and Black Horse Pike Regional School System offer incredible sporting programs, academic programs and special needs services.
