Helping people has always been my life's passion. When I finished grad school my first helping role was as a youth minister and then a senior pastor. A few years later I went back to school to work on my doctorate and took a job in sales to support my family. I quickly discovered how rewarding it was to help people with important financial decisions. That positive experience led me to begin selling homes for the David Weekley company in Cinco Ranch in 1992. A few years later RE/MAX asked me to serve them as a Management Consultant. That invitation led to leadership opportunities in Ohio, Florida, the Carolinas, and then back to Texas in 2010 when I began serving as Business Productivity Director for RE/MAX of Texas. In the summer of 2013 I began serving as Business Coach for RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring and RE/MAX Associates Northeast. During these years I've been invited to train real estate agents in seminars around the world including Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand as well as across the USA. In addition, I am the featured video trainer for Momentum, the agent training program for RE/MAX offices worldwide. In my current role I teach agents the skills that enable them to provide world-class service to buyers and sellers.
