I specialize in helping investors make money but like to take the skills I use with the investor to help the average homeowner sell their property in as little time possible for the greatest return. There are many tricks of the trade I've learned during my time in real estate as I have been a realtor since 2004 and have proven repeatedly that when sellers follow my advice in getting their houses ready to sell that I have made them money. If you would allow me to I would like to hold your hand through the whole process from buying the right property to picking paint colors, choosing products for the house, and of course staging.
I have much experience in helping people buy foreclosures but enjoy working with all types of real estate including commercial properties. I just left a company I was with for about 10 years and had four team members that chose and to be on my team knowing that they represented me I chose them purposely to meet my standards in my work ethics but most importantly ethics period. They all have their own set of specialties and helped me with my clients as well.
I didn't put hardly any of the real estate deals we have done in my name online if you look online for listings and sales online they are in the team members names as I don't like to do the paperwork lol! They do the paperwork. I trained them and agents for the company. They always had access to me which means my clients did. I now have several new agents that want to get started in going to school as my stats developed as a trainer to help agents do above and beyond the average amount of real estate deals as the average agent and now this is a new challenge for me. As for now all buyers and sellers will get my personal one on one service. :)
