I started Real Estate in December 2007. That was the exact time that the market started to crash. I am happy to say that it taught me to work hard and never stop thinking about the client’s needs and desires first.I had a very rough first year, only selling a few homes, but I was determined that I was going to learn everything I could about real estate including the laws and liabilities, forms, and the importance of business partners ; including title companies, lenders, inspectors, engineers, plumbers, electricians and the list goes on. While others were jumping out of the business in the tough market, I dug my heels in and took courses, learned and kept plowing through. I believe this is what makes me both a strong agent and negotiator today.My client’s know that I am a hands on agent and they can get a hold of me. They also know that we will communicate with them on a weekly basis. My goal is to help families get the highest and best price for their homes while keeping their goals and desires at the forefront through the process.I have sold hundreds of homes in the 8 years that I have been a Realtor® and I am looking forward to helping you sell yours!
