The smartest move you will ever make starts here!

In 2002 I launched my real estate career and I'm currently a Broker owner of Remax Arroyo Realty. My husband and I work as a team and serve Pasadena, California and its surrounding communities. I help buyers and sellers realize the best potential of a property, consulting on improvements to sell for top dollar and also on a homes condition when purchasing. Buyers need to know the costs involved to close on a home as well as potential future repairs. When I help my buyers write an offer I like them to be realistic with the homes condition so there are no surprises.

I have a design and build background. After college at Vincennes University in Indiana, I worked as an art director, exhibit designer, fabricator and ended that career as an Account Executive for Hamilton Exhibits in Indianapolis. This is where I learned to be patient and hear the needs of my client while helping them through the steps of buying and selling. Many buyers tell me I find them the home they never knew they wanted. One said" I though I knew what I wanted but you found me what I needed and I am happier than ever." Many sellers tell me after I prep " My home looks so good maybe I should keep it." Those comments are what makes this job fun and are is the best rewards I can receive.

Since becoming a Remax broker I have achieved the Remax 100 percent award for 2011,2012,2013,2014,2015 and received the Remax Hall of Fame award for 2015.
