Some might say Sarah got into real estate at the wrong time — early 2008 — when many Realtors were getting out. But learning to do business in a tough market set her up for success later on. Sarah is a resource to her clients, and she is dedicated to finding answers. Whether Sarah is helping a renter become a homeowner, or a homeowner sell a house they’ve owned for decades, she remembers this is one of the biggest financial decision of a person’s life — and facilitating that decision comes with a high level of accountability.
As a Green Real Estate Specialist, Sarah weaves her passion to do more with less into her work. She enjoys educating clients about home design, technologies, and tools that make homes more energy efficient, healthier to live in, and less expensive to maintain. Sarah’s genuine, direct approach helps clients know they are getting honest information, and helps transactions go smoothly.
Sarah grew up in rural Montana along the Blackfoot River, working in her parents’ excavation business. She learned early that self-employment means answering the phone at all hours, relying on your integrity to earn client referrals–and that nothing beats making your own hours. The flexibility of real estate allows Sarah to pursue other things she loves: competitive rowing with Lake Union Crew, volunteering with nonprofits such as City Fruit, and traveling to various corners of the world.
