As a public school teacher for seventeen years and a mother of four, Migdalia De Leon-Coffin's family was often involved with the buying and selling of real estate. The family was changing, purchase potential was changing, and their real estate needs and desires changed accordingly. It was during the process of shopping for and buying successive homes that Migdalia developed a powerful excitement for the business of real estate.
Migdalia became a licensed agent in the state of Massachusetts while still teaching. Her husband was also a teacher and had abundant time to travel, so they actively explored Florida as a place to buy a second home. Brevard County, with its fabulous beaches, water sports, museums, shops and restaurants in a relaxed friendly atmosphere, quickly became a favorite destination. In 2007, Migdalia and her husband bought a vacation home in the town of Indialantic, and in 2011, they decided to make Indialantic their year-round home.
As a mother, a teacher, a runner of many marathons, and a multi-million dollar producer in the business of real estate, many things have been essential to Migdalia's success - organization, patience, persistence, attention to detail and excitement. She is pleased to offer these same values and attributes to your search for the perfect home.
