Prior to Real Estate, Dan had a successful accomplished small business with over thirteen years of experience in the niche market of Sales and Use Tax consulting as well as ten years experience in the automobile dealership industry. As a Sales and Use Tax consultant, paying attention to details as well as streamlining processes and procedures created a company that is known for its accuracy and timeliness. In an industry with constantly changing tax statutes, letter rulings, and tax assessor interpretations the necessity for accurate in depth thorough research of issues is imperative.
In the automobile industry he implemented plans to increase loan approvals at the best market rates possible, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall profits. As a business professional with diverse skills and qualifications, Dan is well-known for his exceptional research skills and unwavering attention to detail to produce desired results. Dan attended Memorial High School in Houston, Texas and studied Business Administration at the University of Houston.
Dan enjoys boating, classic cars, cooking, movies, traveling and volunteering for philanthropic efforts. He is married to Charlene Matheson and has one son Austin and a daughter-in-law Heather.
